Difurfuryl Ether (FEMA‑3337) is a caramellic roasted sugar/coffee note. At low levels it adds toasted warmth, faint cocoa/coffee and chicory nuances that enrich gourmand, tobacco, amber and woody accords without becoming smoky or sulfurous.
