Duvelisib is used in the treatment of relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), as well as relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) after at least two prior systemic therapies. It is a selective inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) delta and gamma isoforms, which play key roles in the growth and survival of malignant B-cells, thereby slowing disease progression. Duvelisib is also under investigation for other hematologic malignancies.
