Melting Point 70C is commonly referred to as DC AMS-C30 or SF-1642.

SiliWax Hard or Silicone in the form of Wax with a high melting point of 70 degrees, popularly called the trade name DC AMS-C30 or SF-1642, was developed to be used instead of various types of Wax with the following properties:

 

1. Coated skin, giving a soft, smooth feeling to the skin. Compared to general wax that may leave stickiness on the skin

2. Help increase the formula's weight to the product.

3. Improves shine and protect the hair

4. Improves the waterproof performance of the formula.

 

It is commonly used as a replacement for C20-24 ALKYL DIMETHICONE, providing better performance and texture.

 

Use 0.5-5.0% for increasing the stability of the Oil/Silicone formula.

Use 4-12% for Make-up, color cosmetics to help shine, long lasting, waterproof.

 

The company sells SiliWax or Silicone in the form of different types of wax, sorted by melting points as follows:

1. Siliwax Lite is a liquid wax at room temperature. (dissolved in silicone/oil)

2. Siliwax Melt is a creamy wax at room temperature. Ready to melt immediately when it's on the skin.   (dissolved in silicone/oil)

3. Siliwax Resin is a solid Wax that melts at a temperature of 66 degrees to increase the longevity / water resistance of the formula (such as in lipstick)   (dissolved in silicone/oil)

4. Siliwax Hard is Hard Wax. melt at 70 degrees   (dissolved in silicone/oil)

5. Siliwax Aqua is a thick cream wax. *can dissolve in water*

 

Use: can be used in all formulas with oil or silicone in the formula

How to mix: Mixed in oil or silicone can withstand heat.

Utilization rate: 1-10% (1-5% for cream/lotion)

Product characteristics: white solid powder

Solubility: It can dissolve in oil and cyclomethicone.
