Anti-ILDR2 Reference Antibody (bapotulimab) is a research-grade monoclonal antibody that mimics the therapeutic candidate for studying autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis. It targets and inhibits ILDR2, a protein involved in immune system regulation, to help reduce inflammation and autoimmune activity by modulating T-cell responses. This reference antibody is used in preclinical research and assay development. The corresponding therapeutic agent is currently under investigation in clinical trials for its efficacy in suppressing abnormal immune reactions without broadly suppressing the entire immune system.
