Sabatolimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting TIM-3 (T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 3), a protein expressed on immune cells such as T cells and dendritic cells. Its primary application is in the treatment of hematologic malignancies, particularly myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
