Furfuryl Methyl Sulfide (FEMA-3160) provides a very strong sulfurous roasted, coffee‑like accent. In ultra‑trace it gives toasted, smoky, onion–meaty nuances that add realism and warmth to gourmand, tobacco, leather and smoky woody accords.
