Difurfuryl Sulfide (FEMA-3238) delivers an intensely sulfurous roasted character. At ultra‑low levels it imparts realistic toasted, smoky, onion–meaty nuances that boost gourmand, tobacco, leather and smoky woods without overwhelming the accord.
