Widely used in the dyeing of synthetic fibers, especially polyester and acetate. Provides bright yellow shades with good lightfastness and wash resistance. Commonly applied in textile printing and dyeing processes where high temperature and pressure methods are used. Also found in some ink formulations and for coloring plastics due to its solubility and stability characteristics. Suitable for use in disperse printing pastes for polyester-cotton blends.
