It is also utilized in radiation-curable coatings, inks, and adhesives, where it acts as a reactive diluent and improves cure speed and film toughness under UV or electron beam exposure. Due to its multifunctional allyl groups, it participates efficiently in free radical reactions.

In rubber manufacturing, triallyl citrate improves aging resistance and compression set, especially in EPDM and silicone rubbers. It is favored in applications requiring high purity and low volatility, such as in medical-grade elastomers or food-contact materials.
