Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) acts as a thickener / gel. Per product
Two types of CMC distribution companies:
1. Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC, 1000mPa.s.) Gives a consistency of 1000mPa.s. At 1% in water (ds = 0.8).
2. Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC, 2000mPa.s.) Provides a concentration of 2000mPa.s. At 1% in water (ds = 0.9).
Both types can be used together to achieve the desired texture of the gel.
Both types have a high Degree of Subsitution (ds), allowing good emulsify (water-oil binder) function and good acid and salt resistance.
Usage: For all kinds of products To increase the viscosity Add a gel (thickening)
Mixing method: Soluble in water
Rate of use: 0.1-3% (depending on the desired viscosity)
Product characteristics: White powder / light color
Solubility: Can dissolve in water
Storage: If you want to keep long-term Keep at room temperature Do not be exposed to sunlight And avoid moisture
