Example of Hair Conditioner Formula with BTAC and CTAC
1.Water 86%
2. Cetearyl Alcohol 8%
3. BTAC 2%
4. CTAC 1%
5. Propylene Glycol 1%
6. Pure Keratin 1%
7. Phenoxyethanol SA 1%
Procedure: Mix 2,3,4,5 together at 70 degrees, then add to 1, blender or stir well. Wait for it to cool down to no more than 40 degrees, then add 6,7
Customization: Increase/Decrease Cetyl Alcohol to increase/decrease. Thickness of the formula, increase/decrease BTAC to increase/decrease ability to coat hair (conditioning activity)
Use: For all hair care products
Mixing method: mixed with parts of water use heat to melt
Usage rate: 0.5-10% (according to the required efficiency excessive use may make hair feel greasy)

Solubility: Can be dissolved in water by heating 70 degrees.
