Employed in electroplating baths to produce tellurium coatings with good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Applied in the preparation of phase change materials for data storage and thermal management systems. Utilized in research and development of nanomaterials, including tellurium nanowires and quantum dots for electronics and sensors. Also serves in doping processes for semiconductor manufacturing to modify electrical properties.
