Entospletinib is a selective spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor primarily used in the treatment of certain hematologic malignancies, particularly B-cell malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). It is also under investigation for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). SYK plays a critical role in B-cell receptor signaling pathways that promote the proliferation and survival of cancer cells.
