Bictegravir is commonly formulated with emtricitabine and tenofovir alafenamide in a single-tablet regimen, offering a convenient, once-daily dosing option with high efficacy and a high barrier to resistance. It is indicated for both treatment-naïve patients and those already virologically suppressed on a stable regimen.
