description Product Description

Widely used in veterinary medicine, particularly in cattle and pigs, for the treatment of respiratory infections caused by susceptible bacteria such as Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and Histophilus somni. Its long-acting nature allows for a single injection to provide effective concentrations over several days, reducing the need for repeated dosing and improving animal welfare. Also effective in treating swine respiratory disease and has shown benefit in controlling outbreaks in herds when used early. Due to its pharmacokinetic profile, it accumulates in lung tissue, providing targeted action at the site of infection. Not approved for use in animals producing milk for human consumption.
