Coco-Preserve™ (Preservative from Coconut Extract) is a preservative obtained from coconut extract. Therefore, it is a preservative of natural origin.
Highlights:
Directly water soluble
It is a broad-spectrum preservative that can control bacteria (gram +/-), yeast, and mold well.
Can be used in formulas over a wide range of pH 4-8 (application rate 1-2%).
Instructions for use in various product formats:
O/W Emulsion: 0.8 - 1.5%
O/W Sunscreens: 0.8 - 1.5%
Cleansers: 1.0 - 1.5%
Wipe Juices: 1.0 - 1.5%
Avoid heat exceeding 50C.
Usage: For all types of products that require anti-fungal and anti-deterioration efficiency from fungi.
Mixing method: Dissolve in water portion of formula.

Solubility: Soluble in water.
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature, but close the bottle tightly and keep away from sunlight or heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
