Introduction of Active Ingredients:

Addition Method: Incorporate Ceracare™ Wash-5 at 50-55℃, stirring until dissolved. Discharge at 38-40℃.

Ceramide Content: Total ceramide content (NS/NG + NP) is 5%.

Product Guidelines:

Formula Application Example (Ceramide Cleansing Foam):

Formulation Process:

  1. Combine water-soluble ingredients, heat to 80-85℃.

  2. Cool to 50-55℃, adjust pH to 6.5 ± 0.3.

  3. Add Ceracare™ Wash-5, stirring continuously.

  4. Cool to 38-40℃.

Use: In wash-off formulation such as shampoo, soap.

How to mix:

Prepare the formulation until finish, maintain heat at 50-55C (optimum pH 6.0-7.0), continue stirring until fully dispersed then cool down.

Use rate: 0.1-2% (1% recommended)

Product characteristics: white/light colored cream

Solubility: Can be dispersed in water or oil in cream and gel texture

Storage: Valid for 24 months, please store in the refrigerator at 6 °C -10 °C Premixed cosmetics should be stored in the refrigerator *Do not freeze, may cause ceramide to deteriorate*
