Water-in-oil emulsifier has a very distinctive feature, which is that it is a cationic emulsifier, which is made from POLYQUATERNIUM-37, making the skin soft and smooth after drying, which is different from general water-in-oil emulsifiers that tend to have a heavy texture and make the skin sticky.
It has a teeth whitening effect and is used as a standard teeth whitening agent for both clinics and cosmetics.
